Return and Refund Policy

Return Rights for Non-Living Products

  • For products such as pots, vases, dried flowers, and other non-living items, a 14-day return period applies from the date of receipt.
  • Returns must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless it is a warranty case.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

  • Living products such as plants and bottle gardens are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.
  • Custom-made and personalized products cannot be returned.
  • Special seasonal items and promotional products have specific conditions.

Damage Reports and Claims

  • Please inspect the shipment immediately upon receipt for completeness and potential transport damage.
  • Claims must be submitted in writing within 5 days of receipt to blumen-tal@outlook.de
  • In case of transport damage or incorrect delivery, please contact our customer service immediately.

Refunds and Credits

  • Acknowledged claims will be processed within 10 working days after review.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Partial refunds may be issued for partial claims.

Special Notes Regarding Plants

  • Plants are subject to natural growth and transport conditions.
  • Minor damage such as individual damaged leaves is not grounds for a claim.
  • Color variations and minimal size differences (+/- 10%) are considered acceptable.

Specific Terms from Our Supplier

  • Only one claim per order will be processed.
  • Claims for plants are limited to:
    • Incorrect plant species
    • Significant deviation in size (>10%)
    • Demonstrably insecure packaging resulting in multiple broken/damaged leaves
  • Non-claimable situations include:
    • Lost soil during transit
    • Minor leaf damage
    • Yellow leaves
    • Damage to nursery pots
